Vaughn Tarver - Chief Executive Officer / Chairman
Vaughn has spent the better part of the last five decades in the international business arena, and has had the privilege and honor to sit on multiple boards throughout his career.
Through extensive research and awareness of the child trafficking travesty, Vaughn has decided to dedicate his life to helping these children in any way possible.

Michael Green - Chief Operating Officer
Michael spent over 30 years in Corporate America - management, operations and finance. He has always been focused on coaching, identifying problems, plotting successful solutions, and seeing projects through to completion.
As a father of 5, when he was approached by good friends and made aware of how horrific and extensive child trafficking was right here in the United States, he worked diligently to help position United 2 One to make a significant impact on fighting this human tragedy.

Joshua Templin - Senior VP of Marketing
Josh’s background includes an Economics degree from Bemidji State University, and he has spent over 15 years in Business Development with a proven track record of B2B & B2C sales across a range of industries.
Josh has a genuine passion and drive about him to help others, especially children. He attributes that to his blessed upbringing from his amazing grandparents along with some incredible life experiences.
“I believe God put this overall mission on my heart while I was on my first mission trip to Haiti. While there, I had the opportunity to see firsthand what true devastation looks like. Here at home, my drive is certainly my two beautiful daughters, and I can’t think of a better way to build a future for them, than by supporting these great causes to put an end to the horrific trafficking epidemic.” ~Josh Templin
